We made these clamps for our use and we are sharing them for your use. What's great about these is you can accidentally cut into them and you're not going to lose an expensive end-mill. They are very strong and you can just make a new set whenever you need. These are easy to make on any size CNC and are fully Fusion parametric.

We’d recommend using solid hardwood stock like oak, ash, maple, or - walnut if you’re feeling fancy - to make these from. They are currently set up for 1/4” sized hardware but you could easily change that in the parameters.

The go-to for most CNC routers

The 23-250C is pretty ideal for most hobby to industrial CNC routers — a compression spiral with chip breaker for clean cuts in hardwood, plywood, and more.
