F1 / F4 Motor Intake Flange

We machine this part in-house from 6061.

Included:

• 1ct - Flange for F1 or F4 motor
• 6ct - Rivets

You'll Need:

• Rivet Gun (any kind, here's one if needed)
• Motor - See here for low-cost sourcing and our F4 maintenance guide.

Install Process:

1. Use our flange to mark holes to drill on motor housing. 
2. Use a 13/64" or 5mm drill to make holes in motor housing.
   Warning - use a drill press or use a depth stop to not overdrill into fan blade below. Total drill depth only ~.125" to clear housing.
3. Center Flange on intake and rivet in place.
   Optional - add some glue or silicon between housing and flange.
   
4. Reinstall motor into F1 or F4 assembly.
